Attendees traveled from various parts of the world, including Thailand, Australia, India, Bahrain, Germany, and the United Kingdom. It's always great when such a diverse group comes together to learn.
Our partners are working closely with in-house scientific team members to deepen their understanding of FlowCam and VisualSpreadsheet software, preparing them to provide enhanced support to our customers globally, including basic instrument troubleshooting and preventive maintenance services.
The group has been engaging with our team of application scientists, field service engineers, and analytical lab specialists to gain in-depth knowledge of our FlowCam instruments, focusing on the FlowCam 8000 and FlowCam LO. Instrument and Software Qualification (IQ/OQ)
IQ/OQ services with documentation are available for instruments used in biopharmaceutical labs and regulatory environments. IQ/OQ can be performed onsite during initial installation and with annual maintenance visits.
FlowCam Service Plans
FlowCam Gold and Silver Service Plans are designed to optimize your instrument's performance. These plans include an extended warranty and annual services that can be performed either in your lab or at our factory.
