Kendal Studd, Scientific Applications & Sales Manager, Europe

Kendal Studd 2-1"Hi, I'm Kendal,  Scientific Applications & Sales Manager for FlowCam in Europe, based just outside London. I hold undergraduate and master's degrees in Biology and have previously worked as a Field Applications Scientist in the analytical instrumentation sector, primarily within the pharmaceutical industry.  I love travelling around the world for work and pleasure, sampling the different food, drink, and cultures! 

 

Tim Hodges - Field Service Engineer, Europe

"Hello, I'm Tim, a Field Service Engineer for Europe! I've been working in field service, predominantly in EMEA, for 15 years, including a 4-year period in Asia Pacific based in Singapore, honing my skills worldwide. I've worked on some incredible instrumentation in some amazing places, giving me the skills and experience to deliver best-in-class support to FlowCam customers with any issues they encounter. I enjoy playing golf, listening to my endless collection of vinyl records, and building my racecar in my free time.

Daniela Sturm, Field Applications Scientist, Europe

Daniela headshot-square“Hi there, I’m Daniela! I joined the European FlowCam Team in 2025 as a Field Applications Scientist for Aquatics. I have a PhD in Marine Microbial Ecology, specializing in protist ecophysiology and biogeography.  With experience in research labs and instrumentation companies, I’m passionate about the intersection of science and technology, and how tools like FlowCam can facilitate and accelerate aquatic research and monitoring. I especially enjoy learning about our customers’ diverse applications and building personal connections. I’m based in Yorkshire, UK, where I spend as much time as possible hiking and camping along the coast and in the mountains.”
