Nicole Stephens - Customer Service Manager

"Hello, I’m Nicole! As the Customer Service Manager, I have over 5 years of experience with FlowCam sample analysis, optimization, troubleshooting, training & installation, product management, and application development. I love working with our customers to help them implement FlowCam into their analysis workflow and collect data that directly impacts their research. My background is in marine biology, where I used various technologies and imaging devices to assess fisheries and coral health. When not at work, I enjoy hiking, paddleboarding, snowshoeing, fishing, and exploring with my dog, Gracie."

 

Kris Daigle - Field Service Engineer

As a field service engineer, I spend a lot of time traveling to visit our customers and perform on-site training, IQ/OQ, and other services to support our customers. I enjoy collaborating with other teams and appreciate the way we all work together to support one another and our customers. My background in Chemical Engineering provides me with a balanced approach to FlowCam applications and helps me solve customer challenges. Outside of work, I enjoy playing the trumpet, hiking, and spending time with my family."

 

Robert Hicks - Field Service Engineer

I enjoy supporting our customers when they encounter any issues and helping them optimize their use of FlowCam to improve their work process. When not supporting our customers, I enjoy being outdoors, whether on the water, in the mountains, or in my backyard."

 

 

Michael Gray - Field Service Engineer

"Hello, I'm Mike! As a Field Service Engineer, I spend my time traveling to customer sites to install, repair, and quality test FlowCam instruments where ever they may be. When I'm not on the road, I spend time in the office, responding to customer questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction. My background in Biomedical Engineering provides me with a wide foundation for learning about and understanding the growing biotech industry and the needs of our customers. Off the clock, I enjoy hiking and fishing, competitive gaming, and reading.

 

 

Matt Stucke - Customer Service Associate

With over 15 years of customer service experience, I bring a proven track record of top-notch support. My goal is always to exceed your expectations. In my off time, I love to play board games, spend time in the garden, or go for a walk with my wonderful partner.” 

 

 

Michael Escott - Field Service Engineer

I joined the FlowCam team in 2023 as a Field Service Engineer where I provide installation, training, and support for our diverse array of customers. I have over six years of experience in the development and manufacture of molecular quality controls for diagnostic assays, and I am excited to use that knowledge to assist customers with all their FlowCam needs. Outside of work, I have a passion for amateur astronomy. I love to cook, garden, play golf, and enjoy the beauty and serenity of nature.”

 

 

Derek Theriault - Field Service Engineer

I look forward to learning more about this amazing technology in order to support our customers in completing their important work.  My background is in Molecular Biology, specifically genetics, having worked for a couple of academic research labs in the area.  In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the islands of Casco Bay, practicing yoga, and spending time with family including my eight young nieces and nephews.”
