New Online Video Library Showcases Particle Analysis Instrumentation In Live Action
New Videos Show FlowCAM® Imaging Particles In Fluid
Samples In Real Time
Videos Demonstrate Easy, One-Click Analysis Of
Each Individual Particle
Edgecomb, ME: Laboratory instrumentation firm Fluid Imaging Technologies, Edgecomb, Maine (
www.fluidimaging.com) has unveiled an online video library at its Web site. Showcasing the company’s FlowCAM® particle analysis instrumentation in live action, the new video library demonstrates how the high speed particle analyzer automatically captures hi-res digital images of every organic and inorganic particle in the sample and reveals each particle image on screen in full color while simultaneously documenting and recording its corresponding data set for further review and analysis. Shown from the operator’s perspective, the videos provide composite screens highlighting how the FlowCAM organizes the immense amount of its valuable data including particle size, length, shape, fluorescence, ESD, transparency and other parameters with VisualSpreadsheet®, its interactive software companion. The new videos follow the actual mouse cursor of a quality control and product development manager as it clicks on the images of individual particles and automatically accesses their data sets in the intuitively simple visual environment.
Developed for laboratory managers, water/wastewater engineers, process engineers, quality control managers, plant managers, research scientists and others, the online video library may be viewed for free without any registration requirements. Periodic additions are planned.
