Fluid Imaging Technologies appoints Director of Sales & Marketing, Industrial Markets.
Fluid Imaging Technologies, Inc. of Edgecomb, ME, today announced the appointment of Lew Brown to the position of Director of Sales & Marketing, Industrial Markets. His objective will be to increase the market presence and sales of Fluid Imaging’s FlowCAM© technology within industrial markets sas chemicals, pharmaceuticals, coatings, petrochemicals, and biotehnology.
Kent Peterson, CEO of Fluid Imaging Imaging, commented: “The FlowCAM has been widely accepted as the instrument of choice for particle analysis within the oceanography and water quality marketplaces. It is now time to build on our prior successes with customers such as International Flavors & Flagrances, Chevron Texaco, and Eastman Chemicals in the industrial marketplaces. Lew brings to us an extensive background in sales and marketing within the digital imaging realm, with a particularly strong knowledge of the process Chemicals marketplaces."
Mr. Brown has over twenty years’ experience in sales and marketing of digital image processing hardware and software. Most recently, he has been President and sole proprietor of Semantics, a consulting business specializing in sales and marketing within the computer graphics/digital imaging marketplaces, where he first worked with Fluid Imaging.
